I don't know. Unless they do a rewind (for which they really need the Doctor), dead is pretty much dead (unless you're Jack).

The thing is, do we know there's going to be another series? Because at this point all it would take is for Gwen to help sort this mess out and get herself and/or Rhys ret-conned so they can raise their kid safely, and this incarnation of Torchwood is over. I await tonight.
