I have climbed
My hands feel like I've been playing with a sand-grinder.
My muscles are OK today, except for my butt. I expect the pain to kick in tomorrow, although I have been stretching like crazy so I might yet fight it off.
I didn't do anything too difficult. I am horrendously out of shape, so I stuck to the easy ones (5a - Bristol Climbing Center uses the French scale) but was able to do 4 or 5 before my arms gave out. They all went pretty well, though. I remember all the technique stuff, so now it's just a question of building up the muscle tone. Which requires me to continue climbing on a regular basis. *gives self a stern look*

Massage Guy gave me a couple butt muscle stretches - they were already in quite a state even before I climbed.
