Hurray for me! For I have a new job, with official start date 1 Feb!
As suspected, I have been offered a new role at work!(I had to go through the interview process, but I was always in the picture for it.)
We have a new client who, rather than have us liaise with their training department, want us to BE their training department. It will be a 2-person team, the Director and the Co-ordinator (which would be me). This should be really interesting, as the client is relatively new to the UK market, and has not ever had a training department, so a lot of the work in the first year is going to be a case of getting the infra-structure in place (on-line learning management system to buy and then build the way we want it, etc) and getting the dealer network on-board. It's going to be a lot of work, but a really good challenge. (Not to mention the pay raise.)
