LOL. Not far off what most of my GF breads look like anyway. Was your yeast dead? It doesn't look like it rose properly. Some packets of yeast just don't work right.
Bread dough also seems to be really dependent on the temperature and humidity. I know with one mix I made it didn't need any of the water it said to add because it was so humid. If it was sticking to everything and wasn't meant to (a lot of GF mixes need to be poured into the tin rather than being solid) then it may have been too wet.
