She just rolls out some brutal logic: If we lose 10% of our children, we can better afford to lose the ones that have a higher likelihood of growing up to be dole bludgers and criminals than the one's that are more likely to be our doctors, nurses, teachers, etc. It's repulsive but compelling. I... don't think I can be that pragmatic.
