debithaThere is a long standing British tradition of the UK Christmas Number One. It is A Big Deal.
For the last four years running, it has been won by the winner of that year's X-Factor. This year someone decided they had had enough, and a grass-roots, no-budget campaign was launched to beat out this year's X-Factor winner with Rage Against the Machine's 'Killing In The Name'.

It has just been announced that they have, in actual fact, won.
I am MADE OF GLEE!
